MA
Addiction Counsellor

My work is grounded in compassion, warmth, gentleness, and a non-judgmental approach. Reaching out for support and opening up to another person can feel vulnerable, even terrifying at times but it can also be a courageous first step toward meaningful, lasting change.

As a therapist, I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your experiences, strengths, and the challenges you may be facing. Together, we can create realistic and sustainable changes that support greater self-awareness, autonomy, and a stronger connection to who you are. My hope is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate difficult seasons and work toward embracing growth.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I tailor our work together to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, self-esteem concerns, and racial identity. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain perspective, and begin moving forward with greater intention and self-compassion.
